*Shipping*
Thanks to your support, we receive many orders daily, so it typically takes 3 to 4 days from purchase to shipment. We ship orders in the order they are received, so we appreciate your understanding. If you’re in a hurry, please let us know in the transaction comments.

*Shipping Issues*
Please note that we do not provide compensation for packages that are not delivered due to shipping issues. If you have been waiting a long time after shipment and suspect a delivery error, we will contact the shipping carrier. However, even if the item is not found, we regret to inform you that you will still be required to leave a “received” rating.
