This is an Ultimate Rare Blue Glossy ver of Snubbull Eyes Ho Wight Dragon enclosed in Spell of Masks released in 2001.
This is a very rare one, which is called "Blue Glossy" with a dark blue background. Please refer to the photo comparing with the normal relief. The card on the left in the comparison is not included in this item.
Some people have recently been selling this item falsely claiming it to be blue-gloss, but this is a genuine blue-gloss piece.
The condition of the card has line scratches, white chips, and corner scratches, but there are no folds or dents.
The blue relief, which is characteristic of blue gloss, is very beautiful.
