The text is not fabricated with foil and is partially glossy. The text is fine and the squares are rounded, not angular. The condition of the item is NM with no scratches or scuffs, but some people may feel differently. I am not sure if this is a good deal or not, but I am sure it is a good deal. Please do not ask me if you are looking for a perfect item or a PSA 10, etc.
