It arrived 17 days after I purchased it.
I can accept that it may take longer due to a combination of circumstances, but this is too late by any means. What would normally delay shipping for almost 7 days?
I was also disappointed that the package was only packaged in an envelope and there were no measures to prevent breakage.
This is my evaluation of the product.

There is no integrity in their response.
The shipping notice was given for 1.2 days, but it took 6 days, and there were tidings that the product would be shipped this week, but that was not followed. When I told them that I had not received it, I never heard from them again. I have not received the item and since it was a cheap transaction of about 100 yen, I will end the transaction thinking that the item will never arrive. I would not recommend this seller.
