We generally use mini letter for shipping cards. We will put the cards in a plastic bag with a zipper to prevent them from getting wet, and if the number of cards is small, we will fortify them with appropriate cards to prevent them from being folded. We will also use a zipper plastic bag when sending cards to prevent water from wetting them.
