The response was polite and the shipping was fast. However, although it was in a thick sleeve and ziplock, I would have appreciated some fold and scratch protection, such as sandwiching it between sheets of cardboard. There was one dent that was probably made during shipping (matching the location of the scratch on the bag). I would appreciate it if you could help me next time. Overall, I was satisfied with the transaction, thank you very much 🙇.
