The item was not shipped after the estimated 3-4 days and there was no reply to my inquiry about the shipping status. I was worried that the transaction might be cancelled like others. Even when the item was shipped more than a week after purchase, there was only a shipping notice and no response to any of our questions. It is a basic rule for a company to keep up with tidings, especially if it is a customer-oriented business. I can't help but wonder why this is not practiced as a matter of course.
