No reply, no evaluation

After two weeks had passed since the shipment, I had not received an evaluation of receipt, and when I sent confirmation tidings, I did not receive a reply for almost a week and was told that the item had not arrived. After that, I did not receive any reply from them, and it became impossible to proceed with the transaction, so I had the transaction terminated by the management office. Therefore, this is my evaluation of the transaction.
